Book, staff and bill your security agency from one screen.
A website where clients build the team they need (guards or bouncers, with or without a licensed rifle) and book in minutes. Behind it, agency software for every guard’s record, assignment to sites, WhatsApp payment reminders, GST invoices and salaries.
- Click everything, it’s a working demo
- Reminders and invoices on WhatsApp
- Aadhaar masked by default
Most agencies run on phone calls, registers
and a month-end scramble.
Six everyday problems GuardPilot is built to fix.
Enquiries come in everywhere.
Calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins and referrals, with nobody sure which ones were followed up.
Guard documents live in files.
Aadhaar copies, police verification and arms licences in cupboards, and expiry dates nobody tracks.
Who is on which site?
Deployment lives in a supervisor’s head, so gaps show up only when a client calls.
Month-end billing takes days.
Invoices typed one by one, GST worked out by hand, mistakes caught by the client.
Payments are chased by phone.
Reminders depend on someone remembering, and outstanding money quietly grows.
Salaries are a calculator job.
Attendance, overtime and advances for dozens of guards, every single month.
Same guards. A very different month.

Questions agency owners ask us
Is the demo connected to a real server?
No. The demo runs entirely in your browser so anyone can click through it safely, with no accounts. The production build runs on a secure server with logins for your team, encrypted document storage and the WhatsApp Business API, so messages go out from your business number.
How is Aadhaar and other guard data protected?
In production, documents are stored encrypted, access is limited by role (for example, supervisors cannot see bank details), and Aadhaar numbers stay masked unless an authorised user chooses to view them. The demo already masks Aadhaar by default.
Are individual guards shown on the website?
No. Clients choose the type and number of staff they need. Names, photos and documents stay inside your console.
Does it work for bouncers and events as well as monthly contracts?
Yes. Clients can book guards or bouncers, armed or unarmed, for day, night or 24×7 cover, on a monthly contract or for event dates. Event bookings are billed for the event; monthly contracts are billed every month.
Can WhatsApp reminders and invoices go out automatically?
In the demo you send each one with a tap, and every reminder is recorded. In production we can schedule reminders on the WhatsApp Business API, for example a few days before and after the due date, using templates WhatsApp has approved.
Can clients pay online?
Every unpaid invoice carries your UPI ID and a UPI QR code, so clients can pay instantly. A payment gateway such as Razorpay, with automatic payment matching, can be added during rollout.
Can guards mark attendance from their phones?
The demo records days present on the salary page. A guard attendance app with selfie or location check-in can be scoped as an add-on during rollout.
We have more than one branch. Does it handle that?
Multiple branches, supervisors and role-based access are scoped during rollout, depending on how your agency is organised.
How much does it cost?
It depends on scope: the website and console, number of staff and branches, and add-ons like an attendance app or payment gateway. Tell us about your agency and we’ll send a clear quote after a free consultation.
Spend the month-end growing the agency, not chasing paper.
