You will identify businesses that can benefit from our AI solutions, web & mobile development, and ready-made CRM products, open conversations with decision-makers, and turn those conversations into qualified opportunities and signed projects.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Generate new leads through outbound outreach (LinkedIn, email, calls), referrals, networking events, and inbound follow-ups.
• Pitch our services and CRM products to clinics, hotels, studios, retailers, startups, and SMEs, and run discovery calls and product demos.
• Qualify leads, prepare proposals and quotes with the technical team, negotiate, and close deals.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline in our CRM and report weekly on leads, conversions, and revenue.
• 2+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, ideally selling software, IT, or digital services.
• Excellent communication in English and Hindi, strong negotiation skills, and a self-starter, target-driven mindset. Performance-based incentives on every closed deal.
