Are your armed guards licensed to carry a rifle?
Yes. Armed posts are only given to guards who hold a valid arms licence in their own name, usually ex-servicemen from the Army, BSF or police. We keep a copy of the licence and the weapon details on file and share them with you at deployment. We keep track of renewal dates so a post is never staffed on an expired licence.
Is every guard police-verified?
Every guard and bouncer is police-verified through the local police station before the first duty, along with Aadhaar and address checks. Anyone whose verification is pending is not posted to your site.
What if a guard does not turn up?
The supervisor sends a trained reliever, usually within a couple of hours. You are never billed for a shift that was not covered.
How does billing work?
Monthly contracts are billed once a month, in arrears, at the agreed rate plus 18% GST. You receive one invoice per site and can pay by UPI or bank transfer. Event bookings are billed per day once the event ends.
Do you take weddings and one-day events?
Yes. Bouncers and guards can be booked for a single day or several, for weddings, baraats, concerts, launches and private parties. Choose “Event” in the team builder and pick your dates; the estimate is worked out per day.
Is there a minimum contract?
Monthly contracts start at one month and then run month to month with 15 days’ notice either way. Events have no minimum beyond a single day. The site survey and quote are free, with no obligation.
