- A4 stay invoice + separate 80G receipt. Itemised nights by rate and extras with amount in words and UPI QR; donations get their own receipt with trust PAN, 80G registration and donor PAN, on FY-series numbering.
- Guest registry. Searchable profiles with stay history, dietary preferences and an ID photo captured on the phone.
- Donation ledgers. Room contribution, Annadanam and other heads with printable receipts.
- Staff, housekeeping & reports. Weekly attendance grid, duty roster, a per-room cleaning checklist that gates availability, and a reports page with occupancy trend, receipts by ledger head and CSV export.
