A wholesale website that prints itself and takes orders by the set.
Built for makers who sell to boutiques, retail chains, online sellers and export buyers. A garment rail instead of a product grid, sets and slab prices on every design, a private label studio, production timelines with dispatch dates, and a retail mode for single-piece shoppers.

Wholesale mode: indigo and gold, prices per piece by the set, slabs and a line sheet.
Most clothing makers sell wholesale on WhatsApp,
with a PDF and a rate list.
Six problems wholesale buyers and makers run into, and what the website does about each.
The catalogue is a PDF.
Buyers scroll photos in chat, ask for colours one by one and lose track of codes.
Minimums confuse new buyers.
Sets, size ratios and order minimums get explained again on every call.
Pricing turns into haggling.
A flat rate list gives buyers no reason to order more.
Nobody knows when it ships.
Sampling and production timelines live in the floor manager’s head.
Private label takes weeks of calls.
Brands describe what they want in voice notes and sketches.
Single-piece shoppers get turned away.
Retail enquiries go unanswered or end up on a marketplace.
Same collection. A very different buying experience.
Nothing like an e-commerce template. Built around how wholesale actually works.
Real screens from the live demo. Every feature below works when you click it.
What wholesale buyers struggle with, answered on the page.
Boutiques buy a few sets per design, exporters buy hundreds of pieces per style. Sets, slabs and minimums are shown before anyone asks.
Private label starts with a sample request, and the timeline shows exactly where sampling sits in the plan.
Quality check against the approved sample is a named stage in every production timeline.
Small set minimums, mixed designs in one order and colourway switching lower the risk of a new design.
Here every garment view leads straight to the set composer and into one order sheet.

Keep your domain. We set it up with your designs, prices, set rules and WhatsApp number.
Designs, colourways, fabrics, photos and your signature prints, plus set rules, slabs and minimums.
Production stages, capacity and lead times so every timeline and dispatch date matches your floor.
WhatsApp quote flow, private label options, retail prices and currencies for export buyers.
Go live on your domain and share the rail link with your buyers instead of a PDF.
Questions manufacturers ask us
Can it show our own designs, prints and photos?
Yes. The demo draws garments in code so prints and colourways can be switched live; for your brand we load your own designs, colourways, prices and photos, and can recreate your signature block prints.
Is it only for kurtis?
No. It suits makers of kurtis, co-ords, anarkalis, kaftans, suits, dupattas and other women’s wear, and any garment sold wholesale by size sets.
Is the demo connected to a real server?
No. The demo runs entirely in your browser so anyone can click through it safely. The production build adds your catalogue management, buyer accounts if you want them, and WhatsApp Business API messages from your number.
Can buyers pay online?
Wholesale quotes go to your trade desk on WhatsApp so you agree terms first. Online payment with Razorpay or another gateway can be added for retail orders and deposits during rollout.
Do we still need to sell on marketplaces?
You can keep marketplaces for discovery. LoomPilot gives wholesale buyers and repeat customers a direct way to order from you, with your own rules for sets, slabs and minimums.
Can it connect to our billing or inventory software?
Stock and orders can be connected to your billing or inventory system during rollout, depending on what that system allows. We scope it with you.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the size of your collection, the features you need and any integrations. Tell us about your brand and we’ll send a clear quote after a free consultation.
Send your buyers a rail, not a PDF.
See LoomPilot with your brand’s name on it. A 20-minute call is all it takes.
