Can I change or cancel?

Yes — cancel from My Aurelia or message the shop. If you're running late, just let us know; we'll hold your display case.

Is there a charge for a visit?

No. Visits and video consultations are free, with no obligation to buy.

How does a video consultation work?

At your time we call you on WhatsApp video and show each piece close-up, on a hand and under different light. If you like something, we can reserve it for 48 hours.

What should I bring for an old-gold exchange?

The jewellery and a photo ID (PAN or Aadhaar). We weigh and test purity in front of you; the value is at that day's board rate.
