Gold Saver · monthly jewellery plan
Save a little each month, wear it at the end.
Pay a fixed amount for 11 months. In the 12th month the shop adds one instalment as per its scheme terms (demo) and you redeem the full value as jewellery from any collection.
Old-gold exchange
What is your old gold worth today?
List your pieces, their weight and purity. We take off stones and wax, and value the gold at today's demo rate. The final value is set after the in-store XRF / melting test, done in front of you.
- Weigh on a calibrated scale, in front of you
- Test purity by XRF (non-destructive); melting only with your consent
- Deduct stones, lac and wax that are not gold
- Agree the value — shown on your new invoice before GST
HUID check
Six characters that prove your gold.
Every hallmarked gold piece in India carries a unique 6-character HUID. Enter one to see if it belongs to a piece in Aurelia's showroom — and learn how to verify any hallmark yourself.
Anatomy of a hallmark
- BIS standard markThe triangle shows the piece was tested at a BIS-recognised hallmarking centre.
- Purity in carat & fineness22K916 means 91.6% gold. Others: 24K999 / 995, 23K958, 20K833, 18K750, 14K585.
- 6-character HUIDA unique alphanumeric code for that one piece. Hallmarking with HUID is mandatory for gold jewellery sold in India (with small exemptions, such as very light pieces).
Verify on the official BIS CARE app
- 1
Install BIS CARE, the Bureau of Indian Standards' app (Android / iOS).
- 2
Open Verify HUID and type the 6-character code.
- 3
Check the result: jeweller registration, hallmarking centre, article type and purity.
- 4
If it does not match the piece, raise a complaint in the same app.
This website only searches Aurelia's own (demo) catalogue. It does not and cannot query BIS.
Ring & bangle size guide
Find your size on this screen.
Calibrate once with any bank or ID card, then match a ring or bangle you already own against true-scale circles. Or measure with a thread.
Step 1 · Calibrate your screen
Hold a bank card (or any ID-sized card) flat against the screen and resize the outline until the edges match exactly.
Step 2 · Match a ring you own
Place the ring on the circle and resize until the circle sits just inside the band.
Step 2 · Match a bangle you own
Pick a size and lay your bangle on the circle — the inner edge should line up. Large sizes may run past a phone screen; match the top arc.
No ring to hand? Use a thread
- 1
Wrap a thread or paper strip around the base of the finger.
- 2
Mark where it meets, then measure the length in millimetres.
- 3
Enter it below. Measure in the evening — fingers are slightly larger.
Indian ring sizes · inner diameter · around
Measure your hand
- 1
Bring your thumb and little finger together, as if slipping on a bangle.
- 2
Wrap a thread around the widest part of the hand, over the knuckles.
- 3
Enter the length — we suggest the bangle that slips over it.
How bangle sizes work
Indian bangle sizes are in inches: 2.6 means 2 and 6⁄16 inches (60.3 mm) across the inside. Kadas with an opening screw are more forgiving; solid bangles must slip over the knuckles.
Resizing is not possible on stone-set or enamelled bangles. Ask at the counter before ordering.
